Our manifesto
Our work is characterised by eight basic principles which act as a guideline in what we do and how we behave. We firmly believe that success, sustainability and satisfaction can be achieved if projects are executed on a collaborative basis and on an equal footing.
-
#1
Inspect and adapt. A piece of wisdom from the agile world which we practise every day. We continuously inspect and review our actions, and we adapt to new circumstances.
-
#2
Don’t do everything at once, do things step by step. Huge big-bang implementations are rarely successful; after all, Rome wasn’t built in a day. We continuously change and improve.
-
#3
Focus on simple and context-oriented solutions. We analyse the requirements of the solution as a whole and place them into a meaningful context.
-
#4
The better you feel, the better you’ll work. We work in an atmosphere characterised by personal responsibility and respect. This is the basis for our successful projects.
-
#5
Be open and transparent. We cooperate with our customers in a completely open and transparent manner. This way there are no big surprises during the course of a project.
-
#6
Listen attentively. Talking is easy, listening to somebody less so. Sometimes the needs of our customers are hidden between the lines. We listen carefully and make sure we catch them.
-
#7
Value time. Time is not in infinite supply. That’s why we focus on what’s most important and gives the greatest value to our customers.
-
#8
It’s okay to sometimes say ‘no’. If you always say ‘yes’, it loses its effect. We also say ‘no’ from time to time. That helps both us and our customers to keep moving in the right direction.
